Once you’ve selected the desired sunbed, simply contact us by calling, texting, or sending a message via WhatsApp etc. Provide us with your full details, including your name, address, postcode, the desired sunbed model, the number of weeks you’d like to rent (minimum 4 weeks), and your preferred date and time for delivery. Our team will assist you further, confirming availability and arranging the delivery and setup of the sunbed at your specified location.

We require a valid form of identification such as a driver’s license, passport, or national identification card for verification. In addition, a recent utility bill displaying your name and address is necessary. It’s important to note that the person signing the contract must be the homeowner and present at the time of rental. Please be aware that our delivery driver has the right to refuse delivery if the specified criteria are not met.
We accept bank transfers or cash payments upon delivery.
The minimum hire period for our sunbeds is four weeks. We offer this duration to ensure that our customers can enjoy an adequate and fulfilling tanning experience.
Our rental prices include the sunbed, goggles, delivery, and setup. However, there may be additional charges for extended rental periods, damages, or late returns.
Yes, there is a minimum age requirement of 18 years to rent a sunbed from us. We prioritise safety and compliance with regulations.
Absolutely! All our sunbeds are the latest electronic models, ensuring the highest level of safety and performance. Additionally, our sunbeds are equipped with built-in hour counters, allowing us to monitor tube usage accurately. We take pride in delivering sunbeds that are in excellent condition, and we will never provide a sunbed that requires tube replacement.

: For a safe and gradual approach, begin with just a few minutes per session and gradually increase the exposure time over several sessions. Starting with short sessions helps your skin adjust to the UV rays. Remember to follow the recommended guidelines and avoid overexposure.
We recommend having a space that measures approximately L2000mm W700mm to accommodate the Lie Down sunbed unit comfortably.

Yes, we do offer long-term hire options. If you prefer an extended rental duration, you can set up a monthly standing order for a date of your choice. This allows you to conveniently make monthly payments instead of every four weeks, providing flexibility and ease of payment for your long-term sunbed rental.
Absolutely! We can certainly extend your rental period until the day before your holiday.
The tubes we use in our sunbeds are 0.3 safe tanning, which is the measurement typically associated with safe tanning. This means that from a distance of 25 cm, the UVB intensity of our sunbeds does not exceed the levels of the midday sun in the Mediterranean region, which is considered to be 0.3 watts/m2. We prioritise your safety by ensuring that our sunbeds provide a controlled and responsible tanning experience within these recommended limits
As per the terms and conditions in your contract, we kindly request that you do not move or dismantle the sunbed yourself. It is important to ensure its proper functioning and safety. Please contact our customer support team to discuss alternative options for accommodating your needs during the house move.
We offer a range of sunbed lotions to suit various tanning preferences and skin types. Our selection includes the “Power Tan” range which includes the accelerators, bronzers and tinglers
Sunbed lotions are specifically formulated to optimise the tanning process by moisturising the skin, enhancing melanin production, and promoting an even, long-lasting tan. They also help protect the skin from dehydration and provide essential nutrients.
Regular sunscreen is not recommended for use with sunbeds as it may interfere with the tanning process and the functioning of the sunbed’s UV lamps. It’s best to use sunbed-specific lotions that are designed for indoor tanning.
Yes, during our quiet season, which typically falls between September/October and January/February, we offer a special deal where you can get 6 weeks of rental for the price of 4 weeks. Additionally, we occasionally have a Black Friday event with special promotions. Please note that all offers are subject to availability.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to flats, studios, apartments, caravan parks (residential), pubs, commercial premises, or locations with parking issues. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
